A start-up BPO Company that will serve one of the largest Software Developer firms in Europe that sells to the Telco industry is looking for qualified applicants for the following positions. The company is backed by one of the largest semi-con manufacturers in the Country, the owners of which are good friends of mine.

Project Managers
· Experience in lead BSS (Billing, CRM, Ordering, WFM, Campaign Mgmt) transformation projects,
· PMP Certified preferred
· Comfortable on all PM tools such as MS Project
· Able to lead project teams, translating strategic direction into project tasks
· Knowledgeable in software development lifecycle with clear understanding of all required work streams in enterprise implementation
· Experienced in scope management, quality management, schedule management, risk management and all other project management disciplines
· Able to manage client expectations and delivery clear project status
· Strong in communication skills in a multi-national environment
· Able to work in matrix environment through collaboration with stakeholders
· Experienced in release and test management
PMO Analyst
· Able to support project manager in tasks mentioned above
· Able to support project manager in creation of reports, tracking of risks and issues
· Expert in MS Office applications (excel, power point, word)
· Strong organizational and communications skills
· Experienced in software development projects
BSS Business Analysts
· Experienced in capturing business requirements and working development team to create system requirements
· Knowledgeable of Telco standards and methodologies including but not limited to eTOM, ITIL, etc.
· Strong analytical capabilities to support creation of solutions to Telco business challenges
· Experienced in process re-engineering for Telco BSS, specifically CRM, Billing, Ordering, Product, WFM
· Knowledge and experience in design tools for requirement management, process design
· Experience in managing full set of deliverables in a Telco project
· Competent in all Microsoft office applications including Visio
EDW/BI Business Analysts
· Experienced in capturing business requirements and working development team to create system requirements
· Knowledgeable of Telco standards and methodologies including but not limited to eTOM, etc.
· Strong analytical capabilities to support creation of solutions to Telco business challenges
· Experienced in process re-engineering for Telco DWH & BI
· Knowledge and experience in design tools for requirement management, process design, etc
· Experience in managing full set of deliverables in a Telco project
· Competent in all Microsoft office applications including Visio
Organizational Change Manager
· Experienced in managing organizational change with a broad knowledge of industry methodologies
· Knowledgeable in Telecommunications organizational responsibilities
· Able to work with client HR team to manage impacts of change
· Experienced in workforce readiness and/or training
· Experience in enterprise level deployment and supporting from an workforce perspective.
